More than 700 people in need received Christmas hampers containing food, snacks and a toy voucher this Christmas.

The Christmas Hamper Appeal will be helping families celebrate together with 200 hampers filled with food and seasonal cheer delivered right to the door.

HUNDREDS of families in need have been gifted a “generous” Christmas hamper with a range of foods, a toy voucher and even a whole chicken.

GENEROUS volunteers embraced the spirit of Christmas as they helped deliver more than 190 hampers to families struggling to make ends meet this winter.
